Prema Sagaram starring Hasan and Shouri is the dubbed version of the Tamil film Kee Moo. The movie portrays a real life love story set in Coimbotore. “Prema Sagaram is such an emotionally-charged film that it will make people cry”, says director Majeed. The lead actors, Hasan and Shouri, have done some intimate scenes in the movie. Producer Jakkula Nageswara Rao describes Prema Sagaram as a family film with love, comedy and drama. He also feels that the real-lfie-story has been sensitively dealt with, in the movie. Well-known musicians Kalaivannan and Indrajeet have composed the music. The producer has said that care has been taken to ensure that the commercial elements of the film don't override the reality in the film. The filmmakers have taken care to ensure that the film doesn't look like just another dubbed remake. Well-known comedian Vadivelu's work is another highlight of this movie. Director A Majeed has also written the script and the dialogues of the film. Though the Tamil film met with a lukewarm response at the box-office, the cast and crew of its Telugu version are hopeful of success.
